Lip syncronizing? Man this took long enough. Anyway, no All Your Base movies have the lips moving in them. It's too hard to implement in Flash.

It's a sprite, you can make sprites with Ulead GIF Animator 5. Use KaZaA Lite to get it, but download Norton Antivirus before you download anything else. ^_^
